Michel Desjoyeaux holds on to lead in the Vendée Globe round-the-world race on Thursday, keeping his main rival Roland Jourdain 67.5 nautical miles behind.
AFP - Michel Desjoyeaux kept his lead in the Vendee Globe round the world race on Thursday (1900GMT) with a 67.5 nautical mile lead over compatriot Roland Jourdain.
Desjoyeaux enjoyed speeds of 13.8 knots with Jourdain a best of 13.4 as the duo made the race a two-boat clash.
