With more and more states in the EU facing financial meltdown France 24 asks can the 27 nation bloc break out of the cycle? Does debt threaten to leave Europe far behind faster moving economic players like the USA and China, the pair that many observers are already seeing as the G2 partnership that could carve up the financial world?
