Women in 2010 - Politics: Still a Man's World?

After Indira Ghandi, Golda Meir and Margaret Thatcher, why is there a lack of women in the highest places of power around the world today? There are more women leaders in politics, but for every Merkel, Clinton, or Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, there are hundreds of “suits” who put a traditional face or point of view on power. How can this be changed?
