Drafted in to take control of the war in Afghanistan, the much-lauded General David Petraeus outlined his strategy going forward. His address at NATO headquarters follows the bloodiest month for foreign forces since the war began nine years ago. So can Petraeus do for Afghanistan what he did for Iraq and give troops hope that this war is winnable?
