For two years now the world has been grappling with the global economic downturn. But amid rising debt and currency devaluation, there are a few silver linings. One of those industries benefiting from a cheaper euro is tourism. France may still be the world's number one holiday destination, but visitor numbers in the past have dropped off. Now it's hoped that hotels, shops and other related industries will benefit from tourists seeking out a cheaper holiday destination.
