INTERNATIONAL PAPERS, Thursday, 23rd SEPT. 2010: This morning we look at a “quality of life” index in The Guardian which suggests Britain and Ireland have the lowest quality of life in Europe with France being ranked on top… The 16 factors taken into account included hours of sunshine and holiday entitlements.
