What do Michael Douglas and the French budget have in common?

FRENCH PAPERS, WEDNESDAY 29th SEPT 2010: Nothing… except for the fact that they somewhat bizarrely appear side by side on several French papers this morning. Today sees the French budget unveiled with austerity being the order of the day. Libération, meanwhile, leads with a sophisticated virus targeting Iran’s nuclear facilities. Teheran is blaming US and Israel secret services.
