Countries around the globe are gearing up for World Food Day. In India, the date is a significant one. The country is a galloping economic power and the world's second largest producer of rice and wheat. However, according to the World Food Program, it is also home to one fourth of the world's starving population - approximately 230 million people. So where do those millions of tons of cereal disappear each year?
