Divisions in Sarkozy’s ruling party still dominates press

FRENCH PAPERS, Thurs., 31/3/2011: French papers are still obsessed with the divisions in France’s ruling centre-right party. A debate on secularism and Islam tabled by the UMP party and due to take place in Parliament next Tuesday is at the centre of divisions and the object of broad criticism in the left-leaning press.
