Helen Lambert

Helen Lambert has a discerning eye and she knows how to use it.
Here her keen gaze focuses on the latest creations from designer Roland Mouret during Paris fashion week. The Lambert of Lambert and Associates, a group of international retail experts specializing in luxury goods... it’s Helen’s job to detect the latest trends and to work with buyers from high-end stores the world over.
At the Haider Ackermann show held at Paris’s city hall, Lambert is surrounded by buyers from the luxury American department store Neiman Marcus. Selling a designer on the international market means knowing his story.
With the stage set and the story told, Ken Downing, fashion director for Neiman Marcus is under the charm.
Next stop, the Crillon hotel at the place de la Concord. Helen is with Australian designer Martin Grant, together the two are selecting an array of dresses that will interest different markets around the world from europe, and asia to the US or middle east. Because what sells in New York may barely turn an eye in Hong Kong.
Maintaining relationships is a must for Helen, she often continues to advise designers after they’ve broken into the international market. Like Marie Keslassy who relaunched the high-end jewelry line Gripoix originally founded in 1869.
Rarely in the spotlight, but aways on the scene, Helen Lambert is determined to help make the fashion world turn.
