Post-quake shock waves in Italian social media

Cashing in on people's misery. That's the accusation against a travel company in Italy which Tweeted: "Afraid of the earthquake? Let things drop and run away to Santo Domingo". That led to a Twitter storm of protest and was judged a social marketing "epic fail". That's the focus for this edition of Media Watch, Tuesday 29th May 2012.
