Fears of Spreading Sectarian Violence in Libya

Libya's interim Interior minister quit on Sunday in the wake of attacks on Sufi Muslim shrines and other violence in the country. The lack of a strong central government, weak police and military forces, and the prevalence of arms are proving to be difficult roadblocks in Libya, after more than 40 years of dictatorship.
