Moscow to clamp down on drunk drivers

Russian roads are some of the deadliest in the world. Last year there were over 200,000 traffic accidents, leaving some 28,000 people dead. In an attempt to reduce these shocking figures, the government has announced new penalties for drunk drivers. Our Moscow correspondents Ksenia Bolchakova and Shaun Walker report.
