Is Europe's culture under threat? Over the past few years, national governments have been cutting culture subsidies in an effort to rein in debts and deficits. But critics warn the move will be counterproductive, since culture contributes more than 4 percent to the Union’s GDP. Christophe Robeet meets three MEPs to discuss the state of Europe's culture.
