Can Egypt avoid a civil war?

With supporters of ousted president Mohamed Morsi call for an uprising, the military warns against anyone "threatening national security". After the closing of religious TV channels, the killing of dozens of Muslim Brotherhood supporters heightens fears of a descent into civil war.
