Chinese schools choose results and bonuses over disabled children

According to a recent Human Rights Watch report, almost a third of Chinese babies born with mental or physical disabilities don't get to go to school, and those who do often have a tough time. The government has promised to make mainstream schools more accessible to disabled students and to raise their enrollment rate, but France 24 reporters found that many schools are more worried about results and bonuses than about social equality.
