Libération: 'the divisive war'

French MPs and Senators debate - but do not vote - on the response to the use of chemical weapons in Syria. The main papers agree for once: discussion will take place along partisan lines. Broadly speaking, the ruling Socialists back President François Hollande's call for 'firmness', while the UMP opposition is more circumspect, saying action should take place within the context of a UN mandate.
