At Perpignan's Visa pour l'Image photojournalism festival, there's one story on everyone's lips: the ongoing civil war in Syria. The conflict has claimed the lives of tens of thousands of civilians but also many journalists. We meet the reporters who have returned from Syria with dramatic and troubling photos.

Goran Tomasevic tells us about his striking image of a rebel fighter being shot in the shoulder, while Sebastiano Tomada tells us about his experiences reporting from the war-torn city of Aleppo.
