Time for the EU Parliament to leave France?

Once a month, all 766 MEPs and their staff commute from Brussels to Strasbourg in the French region of Alsace to hold a four-day plenary session. But on November 20th, a large majority of MEPs voted to demand a treaty change so that all parliamentary business can be conducted in Brussels. So is it time for the EU Parliament to end the costly shuttle between the two cities?
