Beginning of the end?: Hong Kong protesters under pressure

This Monday was one of the most violent days in the past two months since student-led protesters first pitched their tents in key parts of downtown Hong Kong.At least 40 arrests were made, government offices closed and legislature suspended as sit-ins and clashes spilled over. As Beijing refuses to budge on the vetting of candidates in Hong Kong, is support for the protests beginning to wane among residents weary of the transport disruption?
