France 24's caravan heads to Poland

It's now ten years since Poland joined the EU and in that decade, the former Communist state has received more than €70 billion in EU funds, helping it modernise its economy and agriculture. No wonder many Poles say they are happy to be part of the EU. But the campaign has been dominated by events outside of Poland: Warsaw has long lobbied for Ukraine's European integration. While Poland tries to reduce its Russian gas dependence, environmentalists fear the country will rely even more on coal.
