Central African Republic: Brazzaville ceasefire talks deliver fragile deal

At a ceasefire conference in Congo Brazzaville, Central African Republic delegates have agreed to stop fighting throughout the country with immediate effect. However the agreement is going to be difficult to enforce. France 24 speaks to top members of the Seleka rebel movement whose shortlived takeover last year plunged the country into crisis. Some already say that they reject the accord.
