Gaza: A Truce At All Costs?

No truce without a broader deal - that was the position late Wednesday of Hamas' exiled leader. But after 17 days of raids on Gaza, Palestinians are paying a heavy price, with more than 700 killed, a majority of them civilians. Israelis too are paying a high price. It's not just the 32 soldiers killed in battle, there's also world public opinion, which turns more against the Jewish state with each passing day. So what's on offer?
