Iraq Crisis: Deputy Parliament Speaker Abadi named Prime Minister

We focus on the crisis in Iraq, with divisions deep and ISIS militants still on the offensive. On the political front, Iraq’s president has snubbed the much-criticised incumbent Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki and asked another man, Haidar al-Abadi, to take over that job and form a new unity government.
