The French city trying to lose its 'jihadist breeding ground' reputation

What are the ingredients that feed radicalisation and extremist behaviour? France 24 went to the northern French city of Roubaix, where Mehdi Nemmouche is from. He was fighting in Syria before allegedly shooting four people dead at the Brussels Jewish museum in May. Roubaix is one of France's poorest cities, with high unemployment, yet it is trying to carve out a better future for its people.
