'Fin de règne' for Obama

The papers here in France focus on two beleaguered leaders. First, François Hollande, who is half-way through his five-year term. He faces a rebellion within the party ranks, historic low popularity ratings and economic woes. He will mark the mid-way point with a TV discussion. Also battling in a boxing ring for credibility and legacy: Barack Obama. One paper - Le Figaro - says his stinging defeat to the Republicans is a "fin de règne".
