Head of World Organisation Against Torture: ‘Those responsible have to be brought to justice’

Gerald Staberock is Secretary-General of the World Organisation against Torture, a global network of NGOs dedicated to fighting torture, summary executions, enforced disappearances and all other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatments. He's just wrapped up a 10-day campaign marking the 30th anniversary of the UN Convention Against Torture - a convention signed and ratified by the United States.
