France's urban 'apartheid': Paris attacks rattle the Republic's model of integration (part 1)

French Prime Minister Manuel Valls has warned of a "cultural, ethnic, and territorial apartheid" in this country and of the government's responsibility to build social cohesion. Inclusion or exclusion? That is the question in the face of the recent terror attacks in Paris and of the growing number of those who preach the politics of hate. Is France ready to go back to the drawing board and review its model of integration and assimilation?
