Election promises tested as Greece lays out reform plan

Greece has laid out plans to reform its economy in a letter to its European partners in an effort to win a four-month extension to its bailout programme. The reforms contain measures to tax the rich and cut corruption, but also see the Syriza government reneging on promises to halt privatisation of state assets and raise the minimum wage.
