Pierre Nkurunziza is set for a re-election bid, despite deadly protests and the fleeing of a top judge who says his conscience couldn't allow him to back the Burundian president's candidacy. The constitutional court has approved the move. Also, representatives from militias in Central African Republic agree to release up to 10,000 children they were using as soldiers, workers or sex slaves.
