Battling jewish extremism: Israel places first jewish extremist under adminsitrative detention

As Israeli authorities openly acknowledge that they now have a problem with Jewish terorrism, it has detained the first Jewish extremist under tough new regulations.The law allows Jews suspected of "terrorism" to be imprisoned without trial. Normally, such procedures are applied to Palestinians. Mordechai Meyer will now be subjected to six-months administrative detention for the suspected involvement in an arson attack on an iconic Christian church in June.
