South Sudan peace talks end without government deal

Despite an international deadline, South Sudan's president Salva Kiir refuses to sign a peace agreement to end 19 months of civil war in the county. Meanwhile, Nigerians push for President Muhammadu Buhari to keep his promise to end institutional corruption.
