Women redesigning our world: Skyscrapers and changemakers

To kick off a brand new series of The 51 Percent, we're focusing on the women who are redesigning our world. We meet the new generation of urban designers here in Paris who are seeking to rebalance the cityscape. Also we talk to London-based designer and "urbanista," Rachel Fisher, who's the founding member of a group that's helping women succeed in architecture. And it's not just in the field of design but also in the construction sector, where there are moves to improve gender equality.
