A Syrian family's desperate journey westward

A story behind the statistics: This report follows 18 members of a Syrian family who have been forced from their homeland because of the brutal civil war. Trying to make their way to Germany, they follow an illegal immigration path. With Turkey and Greece already behind them, three more countries remain to be crossed: Macedonia, Serbia and finally Hungary which is wrapping up its construction of a razor-wire fence on its southern border. Anne-Charlotte Hinet, Yann Moine and Mark Thompson report.
