Guatemala: Unlikely frontrunner in presidential race

Comedian-turned-politician: Jimmy Morales is gearing up for Guatemala’s presidential election runoff where he has become a frontrunner despite his lack of political experience. Also, Venezuela and Colombia are still at odds over the shutdown of the border. While Venezuela claims it is cracking down on smugglers, Colombia is appalled at the deportation of its citizens. We also go to California, where some are sacrificing their swimming pools as the region struggles with severe drought.
