Human rights problems in Turkey are 'of great concern'
Thorbjørn Jagland is the Secretary General of the 47-member Council of Europe. He comments on the situation of several member states which have recently been criticised for their human rights records: Hungary, Turkey and Azerbaijan. He also criticises Russia for its "totally illegal" annexation of Crimea last year.
