Propaganda helps boost support for Russian intervention in Syria

The Russian air force has been carrying out air strikes in Syria since September 30th. The military operation has been accompanied by a huge media campaign at home. Waged largely on people's TV screens, it seems to have been effective. A majority of Russians were against the strikes before they began. But according to independent Russian polling centre Levada, some two-thirds of the population now supports them. Our correspondents investigate.
