Paris terror attacks: What response to mass killings in French capital?

Ten months after the Charlie Hebdo attacks, Paris is once again a target. As citizens poured out of shops and offices to mark a midday minute of silence, the Prime Minister warned of further attacks to come. This is very different from January's targeted killings of newspaper satirists and at a kosher supermarket. These were soft targets - the national stadium where the president was attending a football match, café terraces, restaurants and the Bataclan concert hall. Will Paris be the same?
