‘Joyeux Noël!’: A taste of French Christmas recipes

For this special festive edition of ‘Encore!’, Olivia Salazar-Winspear went to the Champs-Elysées, the epicenter of Paris’s seasonal celebrations with things to do, to see and of course... to eat! She met Michelin-starred chef Christian Le Squer at the “Hotel George V”, who generously gave us one of his best recipes for Christmas: foie gras with spices. Joyeux Noël!
