Barely two months after the November 13 attacks, France is commemorating this week the one-year anniversary of the assaults on Charlie Hebdo and a kosher supermarket. President Hollande is proposing a constitutional change to broaden the state of emergency declared after the November attacks. But one of the measures has caused a major controversy: the possibility to strip convicted terrorists of their French nationality.
