Fatal violence continues in Libya as a key oil site is targeted by suicide bombers and dozens are killed in an attack on a police academy in the central city of Zliten. Also, survivors of last year’s attack on the Kenyan university of Garissa testify about their ordeal at the trial of some of those accused. This comes on the week that the institution finally reopened its doors, eight months after the bloodshed.
