Ivory Coast: Ouattara names former PM as vice president

Familiar faces in Ivory Coast's new government. President Alassane Ouattara names two close allies to be the country's vice president and prime minister, according to constitutional changes passed back in November. Also, Gambia's communications minister resigns, as a court tells incumbent president Jammeh it cannot hear his petition on voter fraud before May.
