Bolivia holds referendum to decide Evo Morales' future

This week, Bolivians are voting in a referendum that would allow current President Evo Morales to run for a fourth term in office. But with thousands turning out to protest, there's no guarantee of victory for Morales. Also, Pope Francis wraps up his Mexico trip in Ciudad Juarez, the city once known as the most dangerous in the world. And top US Republicans say they're determined to block a move by Barack Obama to fill the lifetime seat left by the late Supreme Court justice Antonin Scalia.
