Former Italian PM: EU-Turkey migrant deal 'is not a long-term solution'

Since the EU signed a deal with Turkey on March 18th, the number of migrants arriving on Greek islands has declined, but reports of people arriving from Libya have increased: in the first three months of the year, almost 15,000 migrants travelled from there to Italy. Former Italian Prime Minister Enrico Letta wants the EU to build a "toolbox" for a global solution.
