Artist’s giant waterfall and mirrors dazzle Versailles

FRANCE 24 takes you to the Château de Versailles, where the Danish artist Olafur Eliasson has been given carte blanche for the castle’s annual contemporary art show. Known for his exploration of the elements and the environment, Eliasson has used water, light and glacial residue to create a body of work that is impossible to pigeonhole. FRANCE 24 speaks to the artist about this prestigious project.

We also explore the newly-renovated royal coach museum and the dazzling nocturnal spectacle of the garden’s many fountains.
