ISIS may be losing ground in Iraq, Syria and Libya, but is it winning the public relations war? After claiming responsibility for the Orlando gay nightclub massacre, IS group militants endorsed the murder of a French cop and his companion. The suspect: a 25-year-old French national who'd recently come out of jail for running a jihadist network to Pakistan. Could the attack have been prevented? Was it coordinated or an impulse decision made on the heels of the worst mass shooting in US history?
