Film show: Annecy animation festival, 'Belladona' and 'The Jews'

French talent is the toast of Annecy’s annual selection of animated films, among a plethora of international offerings. Film critic Lisa Nesselson highlights a cult classic from Japan that’s being screened out of competition: "Beladonna" is a 1970s tale of sex and psychedelia.
