South Sudan in crisis: Ugandan troops evacuate citizens after violence

Heavily armed Ugandan troops and tanks cross the border into South Sudan in the tense aftermath of the weekend’s fierce fighting in Juba. Kampala says the soldiers have been sent in to help with evacuations. And ahead of the African Union summit in Rwanda, Kigali says it will ignore the International Criminal Court’s arrest warrant for Omar al-Bashir. The Sudanese leader is wanted on war crimes but Rwanda says that he is quite welcome at this weekend's AU summit.
