Europe struggles to crack down on weapons trafficking

After a series of terrorist attacks in Europe, people are urging their governments to find ways to protect them. One of the major concerns is the number of illegal weapons circulating across Europe, despite gun laws being relatively strict. As this report from our colleagues at TF1 explains, here in France, the authorities have deactivated thousands of firearms, but traffickers have found ways to reactivate them.
