Turkey coup attempt fallout: How will Erdogan's relationship with the West fare?

Today we focus on Turkey, particularly its relationship with the West after President Recep Tayyip Erdogan accused the West of supporting terrorism and siding with organisers of July’s failed coup, which claimed more than 250 lives. Since then, tens of thousands of people have been arrested, sacked or suspended as Erdogan has vowed to purge Turkish institutions of supporters of Fethullah Gulen, the US-based cleric accused of orchestrating the rebellion.
